Black Dog Woodworks is owned and operated by Brett and Lenore Gregory.  Brett grew up in West Seattle.  Lenore grew up East of Seattle, about a mile and a half from where they now live and run the shop.  The two began the business in the garage of a rental house, moved to a shop just south of the First Ave S. bridge, and now work out of a custom barn built specifically to house the business on their property on Tiger Mt.

​Family and friends have pitched in to contribute to the longevity and integrity of Black Dog Woodworks since it’s establishment 27 years ago.  Clients range from employees of local businesses to rock stars and president’s sons, and can be found as far away as New York and even Germany.
